1. 개요

Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader("본 도구")는 운영자(김민철, kmbbb33@gmail.com)가 챗사피엔스 온라인 강의 운영을 위해 사용하는 내부 자동화 도구입니다. 본 방침은 본 도구가 Google API(YouTube Data API v3)로부터 받은 사용자 데이터를 어떻게 처리하는지를 설명합니다.

2. 수집·사용하는 정보

• YouTube OAuth 인증 정보: 운영자 본인의 Google 계정으로 발급된 access/refresh token. 영상 업로드 권한(youtube.upload) 호출을 위해서만 사용됩니다.
• Zoom 클라우드 녹화 메타데이터: 회의 제목·시각·녹화 파일 URL. 업로드 시점에만 사용되며 별도 저장하지 않습니다.
• 녹화 영상 파일: Zoom에서 다운로드 후 YouTube 업로드 완료 즉시 로컬 파일을 삭제합니다.

3. 정보의 사용 목적

수집된 정보는 오직 다음 목적에만 사용됩니다: (1) Zoom 클라우드 녹화 영상을 운영자 본인의 YouTube 채널에 비공개(unlisted)로 업로드. 그 외 어떠한 분석·광고·제3자 공유에도 사용되지 않습니다.

4. 정보 공유

본 도구는 운영자 본인의 데이터를 운영자 본인의 YouTube 채널에 업로드합니다. 어떠한 데이터도 제3자에게 공유·판매·전송되지 않습니다.

5. 정보 보관

• OAuth token은 GCP VM 내부 파일(youtube_token.pickle)에 chmod 600으로 저장됩니다.
• 영상 파일은 업로드 완료 후 즉시 삭제됩니다.
• 로그(업로드 결과)는 GCP VM에 90일 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

6. Google API Services 사용자 데이터 정책 준수

본 도구의 Google API 사용은 Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use 요건 포함)를 준수합니다.

7. 사용자 권리

본 도구는 운영자 단일 사용자만 사용합니다. 운영자는 언제든 Google 계정 권한 페이지에서 본 도구의 권한을 회수할 수 있습니다.

1. Overview

Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader ("the Tool") is an internal automation tool operated by Mincheol Kim (kmbbb33@gmail.com) to support Chatsapiens online class operations. This policy describes how the Tool handles data received from Google APIs (YouTube Data API v3).

2. Data Collected and Used

• YouTube OAuth credentials: Access/refresh tokens issued to the operator's own Google account. Used only to call the youtube.upload scope.
• Zoom recording metadata: Meeting title, time, and recording file URL. Used only at upload time; not stored separately.
• Recording video files: Downloaded from Zoom and deleted immediately after the YouTube upload completes.

3. Purpose of Use

The data is used solely to upload Zoom cloud recordings to the operator's own YouTube channel as unlisted videos. It is not used for analytics, advertising, or any third-party sharing.

4. Data Sharing

The Tool uploads the operator's own data to the operator's own YouTube channel. No data is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

5. Data Retention

• OAuth tokens are stored on a GCP VM file (youtube_token.pickle) with chmod 600.
• Video files are deleted immediately after upload.
• Logs (upload results) are retained on the GCP VM for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

6. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

The Tool's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. User Rights

The Tool has a single operator-user. The operator can revoke the Tool's permissions at any time via Google account permissions.
