1. 도구의 성격

Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader("본 도구")는 운영자(김민철) 본인의 챗사피엔스 강의 운영 자동화를 위한 내부 도구입니다. 외부 사용자 가입·로그인을 제공하지 않으며, 일반 대중에게 서비스로 제공되지 않습니다.

2. 허용 범위

본 도구는 운영자 본인의 Zoom 계정 녹화 → 운영자 본인의 YouTube 채널 업로드만 수행합니다. 제3자의 데이터·계정·콘텐츠에는 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 제한 사항

본 도구는 다음 행위에 사용되지 않습니다: 제3자 콘텐츠 무단 업로드 · 자동화된 봇 행위 · API 할당량 남용 · Google·YouTube 서비스 약관 위반 행위.

4. 책임의 한계

본 도구는 운영자 개인의 자동화 스크립트로 무상 제공·운영됩니다. 사용·중단으로 인한 직간접 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다.

5. 변경

운영자는 본 약관을 언제든 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지의 "최종 갱신" 일자를 갱신합니다.

1. Nature of the Tool

Zoom-to-YouTube Uploader ("the Tool") is an internal tool used by the operator (Mincheol Kim) to automate Chatsapiens class operations. It does not provide external user signup/login and is not offered as a service to the general public.

2. Permitted Use

The Tool only uploads the operator's own Zoom recordings to the operator's own YouTube channel. It does not access third-party data, accounts, or content.

3. Restrictions

The Tool is not used for: unauthorized uploading of third-party content, automated bot behavior, API quota abuse, or any activity that violates Google/YouTube terms of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Tool is a personal automation script provided as-is at no cost. The operator assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use or interruption.

5. Changes

The operator may change these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
